Website - New Visitor Form

We're so glad that you're coming to visit LSBC. We know that coming to a new church can sometimes be overwhelming, and we'd love to help you out. Please fill out this form and we will have someone there to greet you. If you have kids just add them below and we can get you registered and checked in ahead of time. When you arrive we'll show where things are, answer any questions, and if you're checking in a child we'll take you to their class and introduce you to their teacher. We can't wait to see you!!
